Psychological Capital and Organizational Performance: The Mediating Role of Organizational Ambidexterity

Abstract Background and purpose: Today’s dynamic environment is increasingly pressuring public organizations to be simultaneously flexible efficient. The purpose of this study was examine the mediating role organizational ambidexterity in relationship between psychological capital perfor-mance that have bureaucratic limitations their activity are not as competitive private sector. Methods: A questionnaire developed distributed among employees Management Planning Organizations 31 provinces Iran, a total 373 questionnaires were returned. data analysed using CFA validate measures, then effects organi-zational tested. Results: results indicated significant performance (B=0.55) positive mediation effect on (0.333). Conclusion: findings can help managers enhance by strengthening ambidexterity.
